We look for ourselves in fiction. A great book resonates with us as we empathize with a protagonist's struggles and triumphs, and encourages us to step into their shoes as they set off on a fantastic journey. Expanding our world with different perspectives is part of the thrill of reading, but it can be very lonely to only read books where there isn't anybody like you.
AbeBooks supports a future where younger generations can pick up a book and see themselves on the page - where they learn that they can be the heroes of their own stories, especially those with happy endings. We also promise that you don't need to be a teen to enjoy the fantastic prose, compelling characters, and diverse perspectives in store. I had read a few reviews before arriving.. I was presently surprised and while the Grand Kesambi is not a 5 star resort My Scoopon deal represented good value in my opinion. CHECKIN - Very efficient with everything explained and the Scoopon voucher system fully explained along with some guidelines and what could and could not be provided via a voucher.

My fall semester officially ended last night and MFA applications are due for potential incoming students in just a few weeks… I only have one semester left of school—a time period which will be heavily focused on writing my thesis. This is both exciting and scary. I thought I would try and touch base with a recent MFA graduate to both quell my nerves and see what life is like or can be like after the degree is completed. I was lucky enough to have an email correspondence with successful YA author Siobhan Vivian.

Friendly Fires have opened up on their huge comeback, as well as confirming that their anticipated third album will finally emerge next year. Check out our interview with singer Ed Macfarlane in full below. I kind of felt like I had to apologise that it had taken so long. Even with about three hours sleep or playing at 3 in the morning, which we have been doing for these last few festival shows, we can still just step in and do what we have to do. We first played that track at Brixton and we could see that there were bits that the crowd were really reacting of, and bits that lulled a bit, so we went back and re-wrote the song after that.
